
Single row cylindrical roller bearings are separable bearings. The rollers are guided by the two ribs of bearing rings. The bearings with cage are units comprising solid inner and outer ringtogether with cylindrical roller and cage assemblies. Therefore, these bearings are easy to be mounted and dismounted, especially where the load conditions are such that interference fits are required for both rings. Single row cylindrical roller bearings are commonly used to carry radial load and, due to the line contact of the rollers and raceways, are suitable for higher radial loading capacity and good impact resistance than radial ball bearings with same dimensions,but they can ‘t accommodate axial loads. Double row cylindrical bearings can withstand greater radial load than single tow cylindrical bearings. The bearings have compact structures, high stiffness, high loading capacity and little deformation. These bearings don’t limit axial displacement of shafts or housings, so they are used as nonlocating bearings.
